3 Mason Jars - 3 Ways

Yes, I know I'm about the last person in America to jump on the Mason Jar bandwagon, but I have to throw in my two cents here.  I made a fun little discovery a couple of weeks ago at a thrift store that I want to share with you.
I found this little galvanized tin for $2.99 and then started looking around for something to put in it. I found three large mason jars for $.69 each, and figured I could come up with some way to use them together.  Instead I came up with three ways!

Kitchen Storage:  Add flour, sugar, oats, and cute labels on twine.   Arrange with your baking goods to keep ingredients close at hand, and pretty to look at!

Christmas Centerpiece:  Strips of craft paper and 3 Poinsettia blooms make this arrangement into a festive pop of color.

Mantle Decoration:  Tie on a simple ribbon and fill the jars with fresh coffee beans and a vanilla scented candle.  When lit, they give a soft glow and wonderful scent.

I think the reason I love Mason Jars is because they are so ordinary.  What began as a simple vessel for storage and canning can become so many beautiful and useful things.  Plus, when you're decorating on a budget, it's hard to beat 69 cents!
